At Credo Dogs, we are devoted to the thoughtful preservation and advancement of

Portuguese Water Dogs and Chinese Crested Dogs

through responsible, purpose-driven breeding focused on health, temperament, structure, and breed type.

Founder Landon Stafford is recognized by the American Kennel Club as a Breeder of Merit.

He is an active member of the Portuguese Water Dog Club of America, the American Chinese Crested Club,

Brandon Kennel Club, Manatee Kennel Club, United Sunshine State Portuguese Water Dog Club,

Southeast Stewards Association, and the AKC Bred with H.E.A.R.T. Program.

He also proudly serves as Vice President of the Manatee Kennel Club.

Our commitment extends well beyond the whelping box. We actively support breed education,

rescue efforts, health research, and the long-term preservation of purebred dogs.

Landon has served as a foster and rescue volunteer with PWDCA Rescue and proudly supports the

Portuguese Water Dog Foundation and its important health initiatives.

Credo dogs are raised with deep attention to early socialization, sound temperament, and joyful companionship. Our dogs participate in Conformation, Water Work, Obedience, Therapy Work,

and other performance activities, but most importantly, they are cherished members of the family.
